I've been wanting a cheek dermal for YEARS, (I did a bunch of homework on it, knew about the rejection risk, and completely understood the challenges that came with it) and I finally decided to go through with it.After doing research on piercers here in Vic (I've only lived here about a year) I picked this place. They had amazing reviews and I was a huge fan of their jewelry choices. I booked an appointment with Ryan, who was AMAZING start to finish. As soon as he knew what I wanted to do, he took me into his room to make sure I knew what I was in for. Huge kudos for taking the time to make sure of that!I have had my share of piercings over the years, but this was my first dermal. 100/10 experience, I will definitely be going back in future. The other staff were super kind and friendly, the shop was immaculately clean.The whole thing, start to finish, was a breeze. Thank you for running such an amazing shop!

I got my nose pierced today by Alyssa and she was incredibly kind, professional and informative. She was very transparent with prices and what the healing process would be like. She was very patient when helping me pick out my nose jewelry and piercing placement. The customer service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in getting pierced. Not to mention the man who greeted me when I came in was so friendly and welcoming. I felt a lot less anxious about my first nose piercing experience because of how respectful and attentive the staff was. Thank you again :)

Alyssa was FANTASTIC. She did my conch and tragus, and really made the whole process so smooth, anxiety free and painless. Her sterilization techniques are above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

The people working on Tuesday evening (May 16) right before close were so so kind! I arrived at the shop hoping to get a piece of jewelry changed, only to realize they were by appointment only, but they let me come in anyways and were not only quick, but also friendly and informative!Cannot recommend this shop enough- will definitely be back for my next piercing!

I was influenced by the many positive reviews to book an appointment here and I’m glad I did, so thought I’d leave a review for those who also might be hesitant. This place is opposite every piercing/tattoo shop I’d been to in the past - it’s extremely clean and bright. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Vicky helped me get set up with my jewelry and they were so so great. Alyssa was my piercer and she was beyond amazing! Best piercing experience at elemental—highly recommend!

I've come to Elemental as a mother and sister ton witness piercings and I'm super impressed every time. As a former piercer, I know these are trained professionals of the highest order that always do their due diligence with compassion and kindness.
