The Dr. Called at the right Time.He was easy to understand and very helpful. He Perscibed the proper medication needed I Drove the 80 km return trip and unfortunately IDADIDN'T have the medicine and couldn't find a replacement.So I was told to call tomorrow and see if they got there're delivery.So that will be 160 kms if they get there're delivery.

I called to get an emergency prescription filled and I was refused because I have my doctors appointment in a few days. He said, it doesn't make sense but I use my medication to function during the work week. Pharmacists are not doctors and should not be given this much power to do this, especially when people can't always see their doctors right away. We live rurally and I shouldn't have to go to the city to get my prescription filled which I will do if these issues are not addressed.

I go in this really skinny lady older snaps her eyes and she acts very higher up I hate going in when she is till worker she seems very rude

Refuses to update hours or inform community of hour changes.Refused to fill my anxiety medications with no reasoning. Wouldnt fax the prescription away for me either. Making two trips to kamloops in one weekend because these people can't get their ducks in a row. Thanks for nothing.

Called to confirm a prescription, they told me it was sitting at the counter ready to go, but when I went to pick it up they said it would take one to two hours to be ready.

I have now been on hold for 20 minutes, no one has come on to ask me to call back later or advise of another time to call, and sadly this has happened many times
