We had an amazing experience working with Groupe Ubora. When we purchased our home, there was an old, rotten, dangerous wooden deck that needed to be replaced. With 4 young kids and a puppy, a new deck was a top priority for us. From start to finish, they were very professional and exceptional with their communication for our project. Additionally, they offered us different levels of composite decks and outlined all the relevant information to make the best decision for our family. We had a pool fence installed to be ready and compliant for new law being enforce. Ubora was great in assisting with the requirements and permit requirements. We were absolutely blown away by our experience with Ubora. As first time home buyers, replacing our crumbling old wood deck was the first major renovation project that we took on. From the initial design concept development and visiting their stunning showroom, to professionally drawn up 3D images of the project and the execution of the work itself, we were consistently impressed. Brian and his team were prompt and friendly in their responses to our many questions, ensuring we were well taken care of and comfortable before breaking ground. When the work was being executed, the team was respectful and clean, extremely efficient and very friendly, the kind of people you trust wholeheartedly to work in and around your home. Last but not least, the quality of their work is impeccable. We went with a composite deck, riser lighting and cedar railings/privacy wall. It all turned out absolutely gorgeous and transformed the way we see and enjoy our outdoor space. The team left our backyard looking 100 times better than when they arrived and we could not be more grateful to the Ubora team. From the very beginning of our discussions with Groupe Ubora in the summer of 2022, we were impressed with the professionalism of the Admin team. We were somewhat knowledgeable of Groupe Ubora given their reputation in the area for delivering a quality product on time and as promised. They were also recommended by my son who had a fence built in 2022. Additionally, we consulted their website and visited with a customer who had a similar project completed in 2022. Their experience with Ubora was also 2nd to none.We were most impressed with the following:- The design team who assisted us in putting our thoughts into detailed drawings and construction plans-Designated teams, based on expertise, delivered the various tasks: The sub-structure team dug the holes and placed concrete in sono tubes; the carpenter team built the deck and porch; the fence team installed the fencing- The admin team communicated with us throughout the build: what team was showing up for what and when.- The two principals visited the work site frequently ensuring we were pleased with the work quality and progress.- the site was left spotless every single day.I would strongly recommend Groupe Ubora for your deck or fence projects.
