Victoria's Secret
The quality of the bras has dropped significantly. I am so sad that I will have to find a new company with a better-quality bra. I have been a loyal VS customer since the catalog days. The staff has been trained on making up excuses for poor quality products. VS assumes no accountability for the lower quality of its products.I still buy underwear from them, and that has become quite a pricey purchase as well.

Great store, always organized and helpful staff. As much as I would love to try things on in store right now, I do have to commend them for their covid protocols upon entering the store, it makes the shopping experience feel that much safer. And even though I can’t try on to ensure a proper fit, they are more than accommodating with their return and exchange policy where I feel confident making my purchases and truly love the pieces I have!

This place is exactly what it seems. Sexy, elegant, trendy and expensive. Except for the last thing none of this is bad. Getting good service really depends on how busy it is, which is often the case at most stores. Boudoir lingerie, active wear and perfume are the first three things I think of when I think Victoria's Secret. My personal experience was fine here and I like what I bought, despite over-paying.

I had a pleasant shopping experience here. Friendly sale staff, the store is well-stocked and clean.My boyfriend gave me a gift card for Christmas. I was a little worried cause I wasn't sure if I could find something for my size. But I did.

The store is very well organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They let me know of all the deals going on and what was included in the deals. I went to try an item on but an employee told me the try on rooms were closed due to an incident... kind of weird, but she was very helpful and let me know of the return policy and helped me find a good bra. I definitely will be back!

Hi I'm Rhonda I'm visualy impaired and lost 75 bounds and needed new things and told the two girls my story .I needed everything. I wanted red pink blue you know. They didn't show me differentThings. They didn't even undo my straps on my bras.they where doing nothing I was getting upset.i left because no one was listening to me and what I want. It's the only one in hamilton they maked my time there unpleasant.l will try again but they might not like mething I try on bar

Went there a couple days ago, I love shopping there and love all the products but are very pricey and was never asked if I needed help. Got a change room after I found something I liked and was never checked on. So I asked my boyfriend to come check something because I was NOT being helped and they then rudely spoke to him and referred to him as a “Threatening man”. If men are not allowed near the change rooms then there should be signs or employees telling you that POLITELY. I had previously asked an employee last time I was there about this rule, and she had stated they are allowed to come over if I call them. Employees should all be on the same base and it is extremely unacceptable that my boyfriend was discriminated against.

I don't like writing reviews like this but I think I had to for today. I am not well versed in bra sizing or underwear shopping and the employee at the change room made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions and she was very unfriendly. It didn't seem like she wanted to help me and it felt like I was an annoyance to her. In retail, it's really important to make customers feel welcome. I get it, working in retail sucks, it's tiresome and doesn't pay well but it's not fair to customers to make them feel this way. That's just my two cents.
