What can I say.....I was so impressed by the team at Knightwatch alarms starting off with Tami who guided me threw the explanation of the different systems that they offered to residential homes. Then there was Adam......The man. I must mention his professionalism and his knowledge on security systems and of course his kindness. He put all of my fears to rest with a couple of very in depth conversations about the alarm system we chose for my home. Truly a gentleman and recommend him to anyone who is in need of an alarm system. Next, my installers. What an amazing set of guys. I tell you that I couldn’t even see where they fished all of the wires threw my walls, floors and baseboards. These guys were amazing, kind and super professional. I recently moved into a new townhouse that had an older existing alarm system. I Called Knightwatch Alarms and they sent their sales representative, Adam, same day. Adam was very courteous and friendly. Suggested a couple of upgrades and monitoring options. They had my system up and running within a couple of days. The technician, Merrick, was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He made sure I understood the operation of my alarm system before he left. Highly recommend this company.
