My dog accidentally peed a little in the store, and the employee was very unhappy. I asked her for tissues to clean by myself。She told me to throw dirty tissues out of the store instead of the garbage behind her。The service attitude was so poor! Never come again.

I’m so happy they moved/expanded. Every time we go, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. It is always a great experience. They don’t oversell anything. They take their time with and make my anxious dog feel calm and welcome. It is so much of a better experience than other pet stores in the area.

Went there because Safari opens at 10am. Great selection and beautiful facility. Very disappointed that no one greeted me upon entrance and that absolutely nobody offered to help me while I looked visibly lost wandering through the store to find a specific item. Still got what I needed thanks to the variety of their items but service was mediocre. I’ll wait for Safari to open next time.

The worst customer service ever. Poor management skills and never seen the worst staff.I’ve been to patte et Griffre, Safari and other pet shops and they are so much better in their service and products.Mondou just takes your money and don’t want to help their customers needs. What kind of shop is that?I’ve spent so much with them and whenever I had an issue, they were never able to help me.THE WORST PET SHOP STORE!!!!!!!

Great service and friendly staff to get talk your pets needs. I groomed my dog at an adequate room they lend you, it is clean and big enough for big dogs.
