** COMMERCIAL FISHING ACCOUNT HOLDERS BEWARE **DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU NEED A COMMERCIAL FISHING ACCOUNT OR WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Very disappointed with the service I have experienced! In the past two weeks I went through the process to set up a commercial account with West Nova Fuels. Another individual and I had two boats approved for fuel at the wharf we fish out of. They took us on willingly.Last night there was a comment made at fuel up by the driver that they were inconvenienced by making a 10 minute stop off the highway for only two boats(AFTER WILLINGLY TAKING US ON)!! After the one fuel up within 24 hrs I received a email stating they where dropping us due to lack of staff. They did not even have the decency to call me!!This is extremely frustrating as they left the both of us without a supplier 2 business days before our commercial season starts!
