They came out quickly and had me back up and running in no time at all when I couldn't get the job done with my own drill-crank snake. The fact they came out so quickly was huge - as I am having almost a dozen people over tonight for dinner - and even more important since my basement bathroom was backing up into my basement SHOWER! Ick.By the way, they had the best rates from the 4 people I called, which is awesome, and more importantly, Duane was very helpful with information on how to avoid this problem in future - and I now know that low flush toilets should not be installed in basements - and if you do, you had better double flush every time to push enough water through your sewer to keep the line clear and flowing well. Thanks for all the tips Duane!

First rate service! Used these guys twice. 1st time was on my commercial property. Showed up on time. Did a job that the previous 2 companies failed to complete properly and for a more than reasonable price. 2nd time was an emergency call out(Friday the 13th) to my in-laws basement for a sewer back up. Plumber was super polite, was there in less than an hour, got the lines cleared quickly, and again for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will continue to use them.

We were advised by a plumber to contact Peak Sewer to have the kitchen drain pipe camera-ed, and the first person to examine our problem discovered that a contractor whom we had hired to put in a radon venting system had put a hole in the pipe. They returned two days later with a team and dug up and replaced the damaged section of pipe, then restored the concrete floor efficiently and expertly. Highly recommended.

Failure to adhere to original quote requirements cost me an extra $5000.00 and called my character into question with new home buyers. Lawyer claimed we agreed not to do the required work. If the original quote required the install of a backflow valve, why on earth would you talk me out it?

My sewer drain was plugged , I called peak and they were over and had the drain working the same evening. I would highly recommend peak to anyone with drain trouble ,they fixed my problem and gave me information to avoid having emergency trouble in the future.
