Sunglass Hut

I would have bought the Ray ban glasses from there but the young lady changed my mind with her customer care skills! Bought glasses from the Rayban store upstairs.

The sunglasses hut has a highly competent and kind staff. I walked in not knowing what to do or buy. Siham helped me out and absolutely crushed it. She was very adamant to make me try many pairs to find the perfect pair of sunglasses for me within my price range.I was also really impressed by the diligence And efficiency of the staff when it came to ensuring customer safety. They made sure the store was properly socially distanced and disinfected each pair of glasses after they were tried on. The staff was bubbly and fun as you can see in the photo of them disinfecting glasses with big smiles (under their masks). 10/10 amazing shopping experience!

Very happy with my purchase. Rosemarie kept checking in and made sure I wasn't left wondering about which to choose from so many sunglasses. Although it was nearing closing time when I arrived at the store, they patiently tended to all my queries about refund, extended warranty and insurance coverage. They have a good variety of Ray Bans. This store is located on level 1, opposite Old Navy/Gap.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A MILLION STARSVery professional group of employees: Keira, Rosie and Logan understood and identified my issues over a pair of glasses that had a manufacturing defect and dealt with it with incredible confidence and skillful efficiency. i was beyond turned off by another associate of their Aqsa, BUT the three ladies: KIera, Rosie and Logan made up for Aqsa's inept and rude behaviour and they ensured i remain a committed customer to SunglassHut. Bravo Ladies!

Store opened late and when I asked the manager about it she was rude and defensive. Poor customer service at this location

I usually never take the time to leave reviews but I had the most chaotic and traumatic experience at this store on Tuesday. The sales associate was rude and refused to help me - she kept saying she was busy while she was polishing a pair of sunglasses on an empty store. If you absolutely must, I would recommend the store upstairs. Rude and unwelcoming staff.

Let me start this by saying I normally never write reviews unless I experience something . I was just at this location requesting a refund for one of the pairs I purchased exactly 30 days ago, and Nicky refused the refund due to the absence of the manager and she was being extremely rude, forward and unapologetic about it. She suggested that I exchange the item with another pair and later come back and return that one! Which is completely against the policy of the company. After having a horrible I ended up going to the second location in the mall and my refund was issued within 2 minutes. The store should really be mindful of hiring individuals like her…

Went to the store yesterday to see I could exchange a pair of expensive glasses which was defective and delivered in the mail. Rosemarie, who was at the store, was literally so rude and wasn’t treating or responding well. She kept passing comments about me to the other women working at the store in front of me which was inaudible. I didn’t want to create a scene so I walked out. The customer service was horrific and wouldn’t ever go back to this one!!!

Horrible customer service check absolutely horrendous customer service you can absolutely go in there any given time and the people that are working in their have the most unfriendly faces in the world it's almost like they are putting on an unfriendly demeanour which is not making me want to buy anything at all if anything it's making me want to leave not wanting to talk to you for any more seconds than I have to and the little selection of designer glasses at they do have in such a small store is ridiculous this place is horrible and considering Saks fifth Avenue is not far away why bother

Rosemarie helped me find and adjusted the one I wanted. I think she adjusted my sunglass more than 10 times for me to make sure I don’t have to spend time revisiting the store. She was very accommodating to my indecisiveness lol Thank you Rosemarie, I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.
