Verizon said I had to replace my phone. Took it down to CPR and they ordered parts for me. Next day it took them 10 minutes to fix my issue for literally $500 less than buying a new like Verizon wanted. Top notch service and no attempts to upsell or anything like. Thank you so much!

Was a quick turn around, hubby took phone in for repair as I had to work. I haven't had to have the entire glass replaced on a phone before so don't really know what the prices are. I felt it was a bit expensive, replacement plus a screen protector cost $444.00. I had chose this location since it had good reviews and said they were reasonable. I figured it would be over $100 but less than $200.

I call this guy up, told him my problem, he said, Bring it right in and let me look at it right now". That is what I did. He fixed my Apple 11 cell phone. with-in 20 minutes. Apple wanted me to buy a new phone. Best Buy
