Service started off disappointing as they mistakenly only sent one of the two adjustable dumbells I had ordered. I notified them and they immediately sent me another one which arrived in a timely fashion. The box arrived kind of damaged but the dumbell was fine. From my experience, this company definitely cares about it's customers and will help you if need be. Overall satisfied and would buy again from this vendor. 8/10

I purchased a scooter for my son last Sept through Best Buy marketplace IMGadgets has been amazing easy to connect with and went above and beyond my expectations thank you for fixing my son’s favourite possession. We live out of town and had our friend drop off the scooter simple and easy highly recommended

Long story short. I purchaised here a Hover-1 Journey Electric Scooter few month ago. After some time an issue with battery has appeared. I contact support and they replaiced the battery without problem. Overall I am happy, my recomendations.

We purchased a Gyrocopters hoverboard via Walmart marketplace for our daughter for Xmas and from the moment we opened the box, the board only drove with one wheel (in circles). And the lights on one wheel would only light up when it was turned off. Clearly it was faulty. Dealing with the company was like smashing our heads against the wall. They wanted videos and explanations and sent us instructions to do recalibrations and wanted video evidence. We complied with everything they asked and finally they agreed to fix it under warranty but needed us to pay shipping to and from which would have been massively expensive. This has been going on for the better part of a month at this point and my 10 yr old still doesn’t have a Christmas gift! We finally said forget it we want to return it and they tell us they don’t offer returns. Beyond frustrated we went to Walmart and we’re lucky enough they honoured the return but we will never purchase from this company again! Such brutal customer service, and failing to stand behind their product, back and forth for a month when it was clearly a defective product that should have and would have just been replaced by any reputable company. Buyer beware when dealing with this company!!

Satya and Mark are the best. Very professional andbfriendly. I recommend if you want to buy a scooter go directly to IMGadgets and they will hook u up. Dont go and get it from any store. Get it directly from the source. Excellent customer service.

Great service! Ordered a hover 1 journey E scooter and came in just a week! It works great. Also it was 100 dollars cheaper than Best Buy Walmart and Amazon! If you are looking for quality E mobility products, check im gadgets out.

I purchased the electric scooter for my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. It’s an amazing scooter. It also has headlights & can easily fold. But I personally wanted to take the opportunity to not talk about the scooter itself but complement their customer service as when I had an issue with the scooter not working . They were quick to respond, and make it right. They allowed me to drop the scooter to the warehouse and they repaired it for me at no cost to me. I appreciate that they dealt with things in a timely manner and made it right. As when you make an expensive purchase and something goes wrong. You always hope that they make it right for you and they did. So I have no complaints about the product or the customer service. Highly recommend.

Decent starter scooter but the battery died in 8 months and there was no customer support or warranty. The team at IM Gadgets suggested I contact the manufacturer rather than solve the issue as a retailer. After 8 months I no longer had a working scooter. I would not recommend of buy from this company again.

Yup they helped me a lot with my journey 1 hover scooter , when I got a flat I was mad sad , but then they are sending a replacement for Free. I thank them for that , because I have monies to buy a scooter tire.. I’ll be sure to buy upgrades this coming summer. Maybe even trade it in if that’s possible , it’s paid off lol

Do not buy from this company; products are very cheaply made with low budget battery’s. Had this scooter with minimal use for less than a year, and it no longer works. Talked to two different scooter shops locally and as soon as we said the name of the scooter they new the exact issue; also both shops said they have repaired numerous of them. Bought from Best Buy who offers a 30 day warranty, funny a product with a 30 day warranty cause it’s garbage. Called the company today and was told we had to pay shipping to Toronto and then shipping back from Toronto. This company is as cheap as their products and their customer service skills are also disgusting. Stay away their a big waste of money.
