As someone who’s been commuting in Montreal primarily by bike for 12 years, I choose my bike mechanics very carefully. I decided to try Mon Velo to get my bike ready for the season and I am very glad I did! Samir was very clear and honest, encouraging me not to get the more expensive tune up as he didn’t find it necessary considering the condition my bike was in. He had some used components which he sold to me for a good price. He spoke about his experience has a cyclist, and his expertise shone through as he describe how my bike should be set up. The tune up was quick, affordable, and my bike rides like a dream. Thank you Samir!

I had been searching for a good bike shop all over the city until I met Sameer at Atelier Mon Vélo. He is very helpful, very professional, passionate and very knowledgeable about the bicycle. He changed my bicycle gear cassette and it has been great ever since. I've recommended my friends to go there for repairs and everyone I sent there were very happy too.

First time bike buyer - Samir was very helpful in picking and fitting out my bike based upon my experience level (not very high!) with bikes + how I would use it. He was patient and had knowledgeable answers for all my questions. It has been about a year since I bought it, and I can say that I have been very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this shop/service, especially for first time buyers / novices like myself!

Fantastic service and fair price. I went to repair my velo and I ended up buying a new ride, lol. A gorgeous fixie, brand new for 500 quid! I had to go to add a couple of gadgets and they got done very quickly and, again, for a very fair price. From now on, if I ever need repairs on my ride, I'll know where to head ;)

Super service with quick turn around. The owner has young kids, so I know he puts extra care into installing kids seats and tuning children’s bikes. Atelier Mon Vélo has been my go to tune up shop for a few years.
