I had two herniated disks in my lower back with bad sciatica pain down my leg. I finally had two surgeries in 2007 but still struggled for years to get back to a descent way of life. I've seen Graham for 6 years now after seeing numerous different massage therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists in the city. Graham has worked with me through out my recovery to develop stretching techniques to use at home and work as well as massages on weekly basis at the beginning to now monthly basis.
