This was one of the worst buildings I've lived in my entire life. There is only one elevator for all floors which means you're stuck waiting all the time, the 'gym' is a joke there is 3 pieces of equipment crammed into a tiny room that don't work half the time. There is no security in the building and constant issues with the homeless population that live outside. There is no manager on duty to address any concerns. The carpets and walls are full of stains because they never get washed. The strata agent working for them (RANCHO) was a complete joke the garbege was a disaster for months on end. I highly recommend you look else where.
