Very professional work completed by Eric and her team. Cabinets are professionally made and installed. Erin even walked the extra miles to accommodated some last min changes and still be able to deliver the cabinets on time. Very happy with the outcome of the project and I will recommend her 200% Pinnacle to anyone who wants high-quality products at a reasonable price.

We worked with Erin to design our kitchen and other cabinetry for our new home during the lockdown this Spring. Erin pays such attention to detail that she was able to execute our vision from using our Houzz Ideabooks. We didn’t even meet in person. That’s impressive! We were also pleased that everything was included upfront. No surprises or upcharges were added later in the process.Our cabinets are now being installed and they look beautiful! We are pleased with the top quality materials and craftsmanship. No corners have been cut. Also, the installer treats our house like his own, being careful the cabinets don’t get dented or marred.We couldn’t be happier with our choice! I would have liked to use this business as there reviews are good. However they dismissed my project and referred me to Ikea before inquiring what it was that we were wanting to accomplish with our project. Very unprofessional.As to the reply from the business we were also wanting to add custom cabinetry to an empty wall which was in the original email, but they could not be bothered to address that, just the replacing not “refacing” of drawers and doors.

We ordered a pantry from them. Their service was first class!!! We dealt with Laura for the design and she was extremely good, polite, professional and she has a wonderful sense of humour. Her designs were spot on!!! The pantry was installed by Greg and he was absolutely wonderful!! We have nothing but positive comments for this company. It is wonderful to have such a professional company in Chilliwack. Great Kudos for you all!!! Thanks a bunch!!

Can't say enough good things about Erin and her team! Cabinets were superb quality - installation was flawless and when she gives you a deadline you can hang your hat on it. Erin brings her own expertise to the design of your kitchen with lots of great input but she never loses track of the fact that this is your home and your project. She was a joy to work with and I'm so happy with our finished kitchen. Would totally recommend this business (and I have!)
