Extremely overpriced, and the dryers do not dry anything at all. We spent all of our laundry money ($40) for the week to not even go home with dry clothes. We have no where to hang dry. Very frustrating. Asked a woman at the Royal Pizza if she knew who to talk to regarding concerns with the machines. She very rudely said no and continued to walk away from me. First and last time we will be coming to this facility. Don’t waste your money as they are most definitely taking advantage of the people who need these services.

Trash-grade equipment. Trying to feed coins in is like a midway game of skill. At least 6 machines require coins to be inserted again and again and then fished out with a combination of the coin return button and your keys. It took me 10 minutes to get one machine running and its neighbors weren't much better.No change machine, which means darting back and forth to the nearby hotel to get coins. First the loonies you want, and later the quarters you think your machine is less likely to reject.Now that said, I do recommend this place for certain situations. For example, if someone had explosive diarrhea in a sleeping bag, this place would be very deserving of that special laundry load.

It was a little more expensive than other laundromats. There was also no attendant to help with any issues or etc. The lovely hair stylist that is also in the building was able to inform me that you have to go into the hotel for any questions or if you need change.The dryer also melted areas on the dog bed. I've washed/dried this dog bed at other laundromats with no issues... I won't go back.

Nice newer machines but they gobble up your coins and don't always spit them back out.Minimum 20 minutes on dryer to get clothes dry. $1 per 5 minutes

Clean Facility | Machines Worked | $3.75 per load | $2 for Detergent | Dryer: $1 gives you 5 minutes. I recommend using high heat and 20 mins. Overall great experience, lost a star because of how expensive it is. I spent 20 dollars to do 2 loads with 2 detergent and one dryer cycle on 25 mins. Took about 1.5 hours for my first time going there.

I recently used this laundromat for the first time and was very impressed. The attendant was there cleaning the place when I arrived early in the morning and he did an extremely thorough job cleaning every surface while following all the proper Covid protocol. He was super friendly and helpful and he pointed out the option of selecting a longer wash and rinse cycle for only 50 cents extra. I thought the prices were very fair and I saved a lot of money washing my heavy duty sleeping bags there rather than getting them dry cleaned. The sleeping bags came out perfectly clean. The machines were all clean and the dryers worked really well. There is also a barber and pizza place in the same building, and tables, chairs and a TV in the laundromat, so lots of options while you wait for your laundry cycles to finish. I thought it was by far the best laundromat I've ever used and will definitely go there again whenever I have loads that are too heavy for my washer and dryer at home.

Not happy right off the hop. Went to get coins at the machines in motel lobby and they just kicked our bills back out. Had to go find a bank to get coins to use the machines at $8.25 a load!

My washer broke today so I took my 3 loads of laundry here and I couldn’t believe the outrageous price to wash clothes. Then I put my items in the dryer and it was $1/5 mins and I did 20 mins per dryer and my clothes were still damp. Such a rip off and I will never return. Shouldn’t cost $40 to do laundry.

Nice little laundromat. Open late. Clean. Great access to parking. ATM and change machine in the motel lobby. The majority of the machines are operative, only a couple out of order". Even from South Edmonton

Up until now I was fairly happy with this establishment but tonight I went and put a load and I go walking with my dog while we wait for it to finish washing. I got back at 7:50 p.m. and they close at 8:00 but they were already closed.All my things in my backpack were left with no way of accessing them and no phone number to call anyone regarding this issue. I am beyond angry because whomever is in charge of this laundromat should make sure that there is no one left prior to turning the lights off and close for the day.
