Maybe the store itself is okay, but stay away from their webstore due to their ridiculous return policy.Not only do they charge a hefty $12 fee for returns, but they expect customers to pay even when the mistake is on their end and the size is wrong. This is completely unacceptable and a clear indication of their lack of consideration for customer satisfaction.If you value your time and money, I suggest looking shoes elsewhere, this store simply isn't worth it.

Do not order online. My two experiences with them: 1) I order an item and after a week they cancel my order and tell me that they can't find the item. 2) the time before sending is too long.Comment to the manager: If you really want to do web commerce, make sure you have an up-to-date inventory system and ship no more than the next business day after order payment.

GREAT place to order online. I have ordered online from there about 15-20 times, all orders went through perfectly, delivered fast and clean. Don't know why some people complain about their online service, it is IMPECCABLE.
