The staff at this branch of ICICI Bank are very professional and friendly at the same time. Rajan and Sagar made us feel at home the whole time we were at the branch. The process of filling application forms seemed far from tedious while we were there. The 1-hour journey to this branch on a Saturday was worth every kilometer!

Very great place and great service. Having polite, professional employee's to take care. Excellent customer services from Sagar who helped in creating NRE/NRO account and also helped us in getting home loan approval for an International property reconstruction. Need to appreciate Malini's great help & timely guidance in opening a local Canadian savings account and also helped in international money transfer. Branch manager Rajan's approach with the customers and his employees were polite, courteous & professional . Nice place to bank with. we love to bank with ICICI Canada. There turn around were very quick and fast in solving issues.

My experience with icici is worst they wasted my two days to activate my gic and still it's not activated and as I am studying I survive on my gic. I have to pay my rent . And worst thing is staff is not dealing good .according to me icici is just garbage

Very happy with the service. Bank staffs are knowledgeable, helped with NRE account and paper work with my housing loan in India. I felt like home away from home for my Indian banking needs. Rajan, branch manager constantly ensuring service with compassion at this location. Overall great experience.

Very poor customer service.I called the ICICI Bank helpline, to add my wife as a joint account holder. They told me to go the Scarborough branch directly to do it.When I went to branch, they said since I don't have an appointment, they cannot help me. I was very upset. I told them the customer service agent at the Help desk, didn't tell me about this. I have to argue with them. Then they said they will help me.After doing all the paperwork, they said the joint account holder will be added in another 2 or 3 business days. But it took more follow ups and 10 business days to get the work done! I was very disappointed with their service. They should respect and value a customer.

I've been a customer to Scarborough Branch for quite a while now and has always received good service. Kudos to Rajan, the bank manager who provides excellent service. Thank you and keep up the good work

Unhappy. It’s an Indian bank and I was told they don’t do exchange of INR. This was despite me being an account holder. Leave that, the female staff seemed wasn’t trained well as she said that I couldn’t even deposit my INR into my account. This is false as per what I have been told by others. I came from far. Not happy.

Good experience in interacting with Sagar at branch to open NRI account and Canada savings account. So I thought the Indian bank in Canada respect’s people time unlike in India. But I was completely wrong. Its been a week and no update about the Canada savings account even after multiple follow ups through email and phone. My friend got completely fed up with his NRI account opening and thinking of going with other bank for better services! Not recommended at all!The 2 stars are for the nice interaction with Sagar at branch!
