They remember you. They project warmth and feel like they care about charging a fair price. This place deserves your buisness. I've tried other places and have had things go missing from my car as well as people letting me drive away with bad brakes. These guys take time to care about their customers and it shows.

I needed an undercoating done for my car, but when they were finished, I was informed that the brake and power steering fluid was in bad shape and needed to be flushed and replaced. The reviews were very good so it's not that I didn't trust them, but I asked if they could show me how they could tell that this needed to be done, and they were happy to show me and educate me. Nick, Jordan, you're great guys. I didn't get a chance to meet Mike yet, but if he's around in a couple weeks when we have the money to replace the fluids, I'll be sure to make his acquaintance, too! Also, their prices are better than Krown and all the other shops I checked out. And you don't need an appointment, either. You can just drive in and they were done in 20 minutes! On my way out, just to be 100% sure, I asked a customer who was waiting if he was a repeat customer. He said yes and that this place is as good a place as you could hope for. No overcharging, no scams, quick and friendly service, and just all around great, competent staff. Confident to say they earned a long time customer today.

My friends just went here a few minutes ago for an oil change when some 6 foot brunette employee had the AUDACITY to think being entitled means giving good customer service. As women, we are not strangers to men mansplaining this and that, especially when it comes to cars. As usual, this man tries to tell my friend with a Corolla that she needs a billion things added to her service to which they declined and said thank you, but maybe next time. THIS MAN SAID “and how long did you go to school to be a mechanic” - the absolute disrespect to say this to a customer is astounding. Please never come here unless you want misogynistic, entitled, mansplaining :) If the manager would like to reach out to me, I’d be happy to provide some valuable tools and resources on customer service training that this place might need.

Amazing service, cheaper than the rest, friendly and honest, have no problem walking you through your auto problem and work with you to fix it. 10/10 will be bringing my vehicle here from now on. Keep up the awesome service!!

First time here. Just did an oil change and it was done quickly. There were customers ahead of me so I had to wait, a little longer than I was told, but that's ok considering there were down to only one lift at the moment.No hassle to sell me other services but they were friendly to point out some concerns and informed me of things I should or could get done soon. Sent them a family member to get tires swapped to winters and an oil change and all went well for them too.We will visit again. Always nice to find a shop that seemingly has fair pricing and won't scam you.

Quick and efficient service. Didn't charge labour and everything was explained to me in detail. Hundred times better than my expectations. Much better than my experience with Honda or Canadian Tire.

Worst service around, no clue how they have over 4 stars.Took car for oil change and they recommended transmission fluid flush, coolant flush plus cabin filter. Accepted all 3 (my mistake). Returned car an hour later with dirty seats, wrong cabin filter, over filled coolant!! And transmission oil is still black). There is coolant all over the engine bay on top of the battery . They did not even check tire pressure or washer fluid which was completely empty. Waste of $300. Please find yourself a honest mechanic and save your car. I am worried if they even did an oil change!

I would highly recommend this shop for oil change, tire service and many other services. Best shop ever in Cambridge, Waterloo and Kitchener. Customer service was very good, employees were super friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. I only paid $69.99 for full synthetic oil change (i normally pay $100 plus at MR. LU) plus these guys offered me complimentary undercoating.

Fast and affordable. These guys are super friendly and trustworthy. No up-sell on filters or parts you don’t need. I’d rather these guys over a dealership any day.
