Floor and Bath Design

This is the second time we had them renovate our bathroom. They are very professional, easy to work with and responsive to our request. We love Peter and Naya's design. The whole team Mark, Ted, Stan, Dennis and John did a great job in installation . We are really happy with our new beautiful bathroom and would definitely recommend the Floor and Bath Design team to everyone.

Both my ensuite and main bathrooms were renovated by Floor and Bath Design.... Professional from start to finish! Started the Process with Peter giving me his thoughts and great ideas... to Roza helping me with design ideas... and the whole crew, from Greg to Stan to Dennis... always keeping me updated on next steps. We hired Peter and Naya to design and install a completely new master bathroom. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Their entire trades team was very polite and tidy throughout the process. The end result is exactly what was designed and sketched out from the beginning. It's beautiful! And I would highly recommend working with them to anyone.

Came to this store to check out bathroom vanities. The lady working at the front was busy doing paperwork, took a glance at us and seemed to judge and not acknowledge us. She ignored us and kept doing her thing. We looked around for a bit then walked out.

The whole team has helped me reimagine my living space. They took their time to understand my needs, responded in a timely fashion, and made me feel valued as a customer. I dealt with a lady named Naya, she was thoroughly great. This location only exemplified care and quality in my experience dealing with them. I'm also glad I had my time to browse without someone jumping in my face trying to upsell any idea I have, I prefer being given time to think.

We really love our bathroom renovation with Floor and Bath Design -Pickering. Peter, Naya and team did an excellent job. Peter supervised the design and suggested ways to enhance our vision. Thanks Naya for your help in the design and picking tiles/ accessories and paint colour. Peter, Roza and the entire floor & bath design team were exceptional! They designed and remodeled our main bathroom ensuite. It is exactly what we wanted and we love it. We would like to say thanks to Peter, Kendal, Joe, Adam and the rest of the crew at Floor and Bath design for making the renovation process of our master bedroom and main washroom a very smooth project. At the beginning I felt overwhelmed but, with Peter and Kendal expertise, things just got easier.If it’s your first time involved in renovations, you need to understand the need to meet many times with the company to discuss, design, material, colours, pricing, etc.Both washrooms were renovated from scratch. New bathtubs, new shower designs, floor tiles, new vanity design in both washrooms, built in pocket door in the master washroom, new base boards to match the existing window frame, everything is absolutely beautiful.Despite, the length of time of the project, it was never stressful, because Joe and Adam made things so easy for us. Attention to detail was excellent. Joe and Adam made sure the work site was left clean every day.The entire process was professional, organized, and well run. Everything was very clear up front so we encountered no surprises throughout the project. Materials and options were discussed up front.This is our second project with Floor and Bath Design. The first job was probably 15 years ago and the flooring (tiles) still look amazing.We are very satisfied and will recommend Floor and Bath Design to others. They stand behind their jobs!

From the 3d design stage to the completion of our home renovations, Peter, Naya and the entire team were a pleasure to work with. Having a one-stop shop where they help with bringing your vision to life - prepare the 3 D design, make a vision board of all the materials, a detailed job list with pricing and budget, they order the material and arrange for the trades - was exactly what we needed as a busy family. The professionalism and attention to detail is apparent in every thing they did. Stan and the construction team were here everyday and the job was completed early with no corners cut. They really take pride in their work and it shows. We are so pleased with the finished product.
