I don't normally post but I have to give credit where its due. I just had my pool closed by Pro-Active Pool Services in Acton. The Team was professional , efficient and walked me through what they did prior to leaving. After a long search of trying to find a decent company, Pro-Active Pool Services is my go to moving forward... I've been getting all my pool supplies and water testing at the store throughout the Summer and Pro-Active Pool Services helped me out when another pool company in Milton destroyed my pump during the opening of my pool. For anyone out there looking for a new pool service company give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

What a fantastic small business. They know what quality customer service means. I needed a special fitting and hose for a 'one time use' issue I was dealing with. I searched all over Georgetown and Acton for it with no luck. Walked into this place and they had it. And they lent it to me from their service parts inventory......at no charge! Who does that...? A business who wants (and will receive) my loyalty, that's who. What a great addition to our community. Check these guys out, you won't be disappointed.

Well if I could rate Mike & his team at Pro-Active pools 10 stars, I would. I can’t say enough about them.We had an issue with our pool filtration & pump at the start of a long weekend. He not only attempted to walk us through the checklist items over the phone, but when I could not get that to work, they arrived onsite the same day. Fixed the issues quickly at a very reasonable price.Their service level is second to none and will certainly be our go to pool service provider going forward

Let's just say my 2022 pool year did not get off to a good start. If it could go wrong it went wrong. From a new liner, to a new pump to a new filter. Pro Active was with me every step of the way, compassionate, understanding, very responsive and committed. Thanks for everything Pro Active team!

Didn't hear back from them for a bit most likely due to their busy season. I shared my concerns and the Owner emailed me and returned my call immediately. We discussed the issue, got it sorted and booked a call for early spring. Thank you for the exceptional follow up and service! Very much appreciated!
