Rude and doesn’t want to work. I have now tried to bring things to this woman twice and she has illogically refused both. The first was a dress that needed to be taken in at the back by 1 inch, she pinned me in it and then when taking my information changed her mind and said it was too much work and she didn’t want to do it. Now I have taken another dress in to get the straps adjusted, she looked at the garment and said “no” and threw it back at me. Why don’t you have a tailor shop if you do not want to tailor? Maybe close? Or be polite at least? I recommend everyone to go anywhere else. This is an awful place.

Woman was very rude and abrupt. Said the cost would be $80 for a small alteration and also degraded the garment I brought in. I left and found someone else in town who was delightful and only charged $11 for the same request. Will never return.

Was in town and needed to get some pants hemmed for an event in the evening. Despite the tight timing of my request, Shiela was able to fix my pants up in about 30 minutes. All looked great after and I couldn't be happier with the service.
