Love Chatters! Haven’t gone anywhere better! Have been going here religiously for years, and have had my hair done by multiple stylists and love my hair every time. Ive never had any issues with this salon. Will continue to recommend friends and family here!

I got my hair cut and my eyebrows done by Rebecca and it was such a fantastic experienceShe did an amazing job on my hair and saved me more length than I was expecting to haveMy eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted - she did a 10/10 job all the way around and was so incredibly kind the entire time, I couldn’t have gotten a better stylist

Sydney was lovely! Super friendly, fast, professional and did an excellent job. She checked with me regularly to make sure she knew what I wanted and was happy with the results as well! The other staff seemed really friendly too. The place was immaculately clean and they have a huge selection of beauty products. Cute waiting room with free coffee too! Would definitely go back :)

After hearing from a few other moms, I chose chatters for my son’s first haircut at 4 yrs of age as he was going to start school; it turned out to be an excellent decision; Jess was super accommodating and understanding for him, and he who refused to even sit on the chair in other two places, smoothly get all his cut done here in first go and it was a fantastic cut and became his favourite place, now he goes only to chatters also shift his dad to chatters so both can have dad son time in a friendly and hygienic environment:)

Absolutely love Sydney and Derek! Have been going to Derek for now 5 years whenever I wanna go blonde and am never disappointed! He is absolutely amazing, as a person and hairstylist! Had a bad hair experience at another salon and came to in to Sydney and she fixed my hair and was an absolute jem. Just had my third appointment with her now and I'm obsessed with the copper!!! She is so kind and hardworking, will never go to anyone else's for cut / colour. 10/10 Definitely recommend these two!!!!

I had a appointment booked 3 weeks prior, 4 days before my appointment they called and told me I had to cancel and there was no availability. I had this booked for prom, I understand things happen but a little more notice or problem solving would have been nice. I’m stuck without anyone to do my hair before the event, as everyone in barrie is booked.

My stylist Kate did an absolutely spectacular job! I came in for a big chop on some long heavy hair, Kate managed to fit me in even though I was running late, and still did a perfect job! I feel truly beautiful, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
