Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria
I walked in now twice to pick up my pizza, but the two Indian girls have no customer experience.. I stood there for 10 minutes as they talked and didn't even bother say hi or come to to me right away. I work in customer service at starbucks .. pizza here amazing but not the service.. no tip given..

Pizza was ok. The crust was definitely not neopolitan, which is disappointing. I hope that they return to their previous crust recipe soon. The Alfredo pasta was just terrible. Really, the Alfredo sauce tasted worse than something out of a jar. I previously had a tomato sauce pasta dish and it was not good either. I recommend steering clear of the pasta dishes entirely,

Starting with the Food:The Pizza itself was good. No complaints about the taste, however, that's about where the good news ends in regards to the food. The wait for the Pizza was long, taking 20 to 25 minutes to make a Pizza when I was the only one in the Restaurant. The Price for a 12' Margherita Pizza is $17.50, which is on the expensive side. Many other Pizzerias offering the same products would serve a 14' for the same price. It was very disappointing in that regard.The Staff was helpful, however a bit overbearing. When enjoying a Dinner it's alright to be asked how the food is, but interjecting into customers conversations in order to chat with them feels frustrating during a dinner.On to the Decor, Look, and Cleanliness of the place.In the Dining room, everything looks exquisite. The decor is beautiful, and you can watch them make your Pizza in a traditional oven displayed proudly. There were no odors to the restaurant or anything of that nature. However, the Washrooms were not in a great state. The Mens Bathroom, at the least, is very small. About, or smaller than, the size of a broom closet. Very uncomfortable to use, although clean.All in all. 2/5Good food.Poor Pricing.Good Atmosphere.Mediocre to low satisfaction with Staff Service.Bad Washrooms.

Great restaurant for singles and families. The ingredients were really fresh and delicious everything we ordered was delicious. I usually don’t enjoy olives but theirs were really good!I would also recommend the “Fungi” pizza!

Well... unlike other Famoso restaurants in metro Vancouver they do NOT serve Napolitan pizza here. The topping is not bad but the crust is definitely NOT Napolitan. Leaving 3 stars only because the staff is friendly.

ETA: I've decided to edit my review after ordering from Famoso multiple times after this incident and receiving only the best pizzas. My first experience seems to have been a one off.Ordered two pizzas. First one was great, second one was a bit of cheese and nothing else despite ordering a prosciutto and arugula pizza. Not worth the $30 charged that’s for sure. :(

Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria
First time here in this location and it did not disappoint. Because we are creatures of habit, we ordered our faves - Margherita Pizza, Sicilian Pizza, Tomato Bisque Soup and Chicken Wings. Everything was so good. The ambience is great too plus services was awesome. We will surely be back.

This famoso location is amazing! The staff is always attentive and efficient, and incredibly friendly. The food is always consistent and delicious, definitely well worth the price. We have been coming here for over a year and will continue to come back time and time again despite it being a 30 minute drive and there being closer locations to Ladner.- Maddi & Tyler

Their pizzas and pastas were really good! Also the lunch menu was very reasonable and recommended!!! They gave our kids a bit of doughs so they can play with! It was super cool! The only thing that I was not satisfied was some individual plates served to us which still have some dirts and cheeses on it....

Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria
Pizza was so yummy! Staff were great. Happy hour menu is awesome. The new owners are friendly and kind. This place is perfect for a family pizza night, brunch, happy hour, date, work meeting, birthday party, extra.......... If you haven't been to Famoso you should go.
