Worst palce when asking for help, tried to used the vacuum and when i put my momey in it wasnt working, went in side to get help and the guy said there was nothing they could do, i asked for my money back then and he said they cant do that. They just want free money.

Living in the neighbourhood around this station I've come to realize the benefit of the operator and staff at this location. I moved nearby almost 6 years ago and while I generally never buy shell gas, I frequent this store for a myriad of other reasons and deal with their staff more than most customers. I greatly appreciate the effort they put into the community, the happy smiling faces when we visit the store and the reliable stock they have when I'm in a pinch. The station is never under staffed and they appear to operate like a well oiled machine. They are also the only station around with air - a really good strong pressure that filled the tires fast and its free!!

Attendants are helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Can get busy during school day lunch hours (middle school and highschool down the road). Disposable clothes always available. Garbages never over flowing. I have used the car wash a few times, always wish car washes had a longer dry time. Easy enough to get in and out. Lots of people turn over the double yellow line on vedder, and can be an accident risk.

I am an Elder. I went in to get gas yesterday. I had to wait in line as high school kids were in the line. So, when I finally got in. I went to pay, the guy said I had to give him my status card

Great location. I love that there is a carwash at this location. I absolutely loved when I received the ultimate car wash the different steps made my car look so good! Normally auto car washes don't wash it very well. I always use this gas station whenever I am in town .

They have very friendly staff and are focused on customer satisfaction. In fact, the manager went above and beyond when it came to me. In short, I went to this gas station to fuel up before continuing our journey to vancouver to attend the annual Indigenous elder's gathering; everything seemed fine as I filled up, got my group of elders on and off the bus promptly and carefully, and left without any issues. A few days later after the gathering, and on our way back to Prince George, I got a Facebook message from the gas station's manager. It turns I left my status card at the store and forgot to pay! I felt terrible. We figured out a way to pay and the manager agreed to mail my status card to me. I am sure any other gas station would have called the authorities and blown it out of proportion; but the manager at this gas station recognized that I had my hands full and was distracted and decided to contact me personally. I really appreciate his empathy and willingness to go above ans beyond to get the issue resolved in a positive manner. I would definitely recommend this place... just don't forget your ID and make sure you pay!

Second time that it has taken over 5 days to have the charge you put in which was $100. and fuel was $83.78. Both charges to my card but it is taking over 5 days to have the $100. cleared from my card. With today’s technology this ridiculous.

My review is concerning the Car Wash, I would give it a ZERO if I could. Went in at the end of February 2022 paid 12$ for nothing! There were leaf's blowing all over my vehicle and dirt when I got home and looked at it it was dirtier than before I took it in a complete waste of money and the staff don't keep it clean do not go there

I called a few weeks back & the attendant shared the price of gas over the phone. I called today to save myself a drive and the guy hung up on me. He said apparently they’re not allowed to share prices over the phone. This must be a new thing. He was a Punjabi speaking person with his accent but I was appalled that this is the service here. If you’re going to tell people one day the price and not the next then maybe put a sign somewhere so people know. Gas Buddy was showing the regular price higher than mid grade and premium which is why I called in the first place. Horrible customer service.

I love this gas station and go here every time I fill up with gas! Friendly service, fair prices, clean, easily accessible/great location... what more can I ask for?! Would recommend to anyone!
