Canada Post

I used Canada Post yesterday to sent my parcel abroad and received the best possible service from the staff, the manager (Mr W. - sorry, didn't remember his name) in particular. He helped me to pack, to seal the parcel - in a very friendly and professional manner. It took more time than average for him, but he didn't complain or rush in any possible way. Thank you.

I went to this post office on the 10th of July 2022. It was the last day of my 10 days holiday in Ontario. I dropped by before going to the airport to post a package of extra stuff and dirty clothing, as I was travelling on carry-on luggage only. I asked Rachel the lady who was on duty if what is the cheapest rate to send them to BC. And she was very informative, knowledgeable and patient in explaining my choices. She offered me a prepaid box and was encouraging and confident that it will only take few minutes (as I and my friends are in a rush to beat the traffic) and that I will save more. The package arrived after a week or so. Rachel also made her way to the carpark just to give me my sunglasses that I left on the counter. She made my Kitchener experience an impressive one.

Came at 4:50 pm, 10 minutes before closing time and was refused service due to a line up. Maybe let people know you close early, not as your hours state.

Worst service ever. I had a really important parcel and it say delivered, but I didn’t receive it. When I contacted canada post they said that We can’t share any information even though it was my parcel and I had the tracking id. Meanwhile figuring out they even refused for a service ticket after 3 days and won’t make any exception. My medicines were in the parcel and it was really important to me. I don’t recommend it at all. Never deliver things from canada post period!!!

The staffs here is very friendly. I had been to the store two months back and I was satisfied with the customer service. The staff(I don't know her name), who was working there was very helpful.

Got a mixed review for the team here!I took a MO on April 10 and the process was smooth as a cake because a soft copy of my Passport was more than sufficient to get the MO done. (5/5 is my review for that person)When I had been here for canceling the MO today looks like the process changed overnight, the person on whose name the MO is, supposed to be here (which is myself) with valid hard copy of the photo identity document to validate (if it is me).Just so you know not all own cars nor all have Ontario ID cards on them.When someone shows a soft copy, understand the person’s reason behind the same and see what can be done. (3/5 as the person answered all questions patiently though I was a bit disappointed and my questions said it aloud)Fingers crossed for my next visit!Edit:Visited again today at 8.00 PM and everything went real smooth after validation of the original (except for delay in Money Gram dept., picking the call to give the 6 character alpha-numeric code)This team deserves 5-star and 5 star it is! I received my delivery notice today and it said my package was avaliable after 5pm today. I paid extra for express post to get it today since this package is important to me. I do not have a car so I walked to this post office location to pick up my package. The customer service woman informed me it was not here yet in a very rude way and told me to come back tomorrow. My package was likely there sitting beside her in a bin as I saw what looked like my package. She said she does not have time to enter them in the computer this is unacceptable service when you pay a lot extra foe xpress post shipping.

Very bad experience with this company,they didn’t deliver my envelope for a tender on time ,I lost the deal, I pay for express delivery…imagine this Canadian company.I’m going to court 100%.
