RGC is a first rate service provider who provided service for a product under warranty. John worked tirelessly to get parts for our dryer. This is a difficult thing to do right now in the COVID world. Many company’s employee’s are working from home. John navigated through these difficulties and kept me informed constantly. Really, I can’t say enough good things about John. He is an extremely knowledgeable technician who really knows his stuff. Thank you John, I’m so glad you were the service provider for my in warranty work.

Worse service ever, technician send by Frigidaire have no clue to fix the appliance after 3-4 visits he couldn't fix the problem and another technician from another company fixed it in one attempt. Don't waste your time and money with RGC.

John was prompt in coming out to diagnose the issue with my dryer which stopped working. He answered my ten thousand questions and even took the time to explain some of the information I obtained from YouTube videos. His service was very well priced and I got way more value when I include the education he provided and his exceptional customer service.
