Riley, was great! He showed up on short noticed gave us a quote same day. He then came 2 days later to complete our Air Balancing Report. Which we have been trying to complete for the last 6 months! I would highly recommend their services!

I called Riley at Penguin on recommendation from an alternate company telling me they can't service my window mount AC until July (my fault for waiting until now!) and I am very happy that I took the recommendation and will definitely call Riley first in the future. Riley is prompt, honest and clear in his explanations. I am looking forward to battling the heat with my now quieter and cooler AC! Thanks Riley!
