had an awful experience, nothing is kept in stock, prices and services are not competitive. I feel that all positive reviews reflecting this business are fake. The owner (knackul) is not trustworthy stay far away or be extremely careful at dealing with this guy!!!BTW; of course I've dealt with Canada Brown that is why I'm so dissatisfied. it seems that even the review replies from the owner are not factual!!! buyer beware...

We've been working with Canada Brown since 2019 for our Custom Coffee Cups, Sleeves, Paper Bags etc and I must say the team has been very patient with our multitude of questions and have given us great pricing. Their free warehouse storage program helped us get very good prices and pickup only when we were close to finishing the stock.They're our go to supplier now for multiple custom packaging needs and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for custom packaging options and timely delivery.

We ordered custom paper bags from Canada Brown and it has been a pleasure working with Nakul & his team. Best pricing so far and excellent customer service. We found them after our regular supplier was not able to accept our business during the pandemic and I must say Canada Brown has been a breeze to work with. Will definitely be re-ordering from them!

If you enjoy being disregarded when asking about products or being told they will call you back in 5 minutes never to hear from them again then I recommend them. Find your packaging products anywhere else, this company's service is non-existent.

I am buying stuff from Canada Brown since 2018 and quality of products are so so good specially there paper straws which are of very high quality at good price. Customer service at Canada Brown is amazing Nakul is so helpfull as he always help shipping products to our Vancouver locations at very low cost. I will highly recommend Canada Brown over anyone else.

Well, I called and emailed this company multiple times, all I want is to get some samples. I even gave them my credit card information. All they did was keep me waiting and waiting. I offered to visit their store but they told me not to. Never got the samples I asked for. Super unprofessional and may be a scam. Only if the person who represents your company, Nick, can respond as quickly to customers' inquiry, then you would have a much better review than this. I was looking forward to working with this company after seeing all their great google reviews but haven't had any luck. I used their online contact form and it said I would receive a response in 1 business day. It has now be 12 days and I haven't heard back. I then emailed them 8 days ago checking in on my request and no one responded to my email. Finally I called them yesterday and the guy I talked to said he would figure out what the issue was and call me right back and never did. I called again today and no one answered the phone, it went to voicemail. Looks I'm going to need to find a different supplier. Disappointing.Edit: They finally contacted me after 3 weeks and demanded repeatedly that I remove my review without addressing the issues that led to my review. When I refused, they declined to do business with me. It makes me wonder if the reason they have such high google reviews is because they use intimidation to get rid of their lower reviews. I'd suggest steering clear of Canada Brown.
