All the trainers and staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Very helpful and encouraging towards achieving your goals… whatever those may be! Great workout selections make for a wide range of exercises as well.

Love this gym and the trainers! Good variation of classes and workouts to choose from. Jaime is an amazing trainer- she truly cares for her Clients and will do what it takes to make sure you have proper form, etc. She is a great motivator and definitely knows how to get the best from you.

I love Fit Factory :) The group classes really challenge you, and the trainers are absolutely amazing at what they do. The classes are built to be extremely accommodating, irrespective of your fitness level and the trainers make sure they check-in with you at regular intervals in a session. I’ve been going for almost two months now and I already feel a lot better physically. Can’t wait to see this journey through with Fit Factory!

Fit Factory is an amazing gym - everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly from the trainers to the people at the front desk and go above and beyond for their clients. Jordan who manages the location is super nice, very accommodating and considerate!The classes are amazing, they have a variety of workouts and the trainers will really challenge you to be your best self. Fit Factory also has the best community I’ve ever seen at gyms - always fun to take the classes! Highly recommend this gym!!

Factory fit was a fun experience. The vibe is very up, and the classes pushed me way further than I otherwise would be pushing myself. I liked that you just show up - and then they guide you from there. Even at the end of a long day, if you can just get your butt there, you're guaranteed to have a great workout. Jordan provided great customer service and working out there was an overall feel good experience.

I have had the pleasure of participating in group fitness classes at Fit Factory over the past several years, and it was an incredibly positive and enjoyable experience. The instructors (Jaime I'm looking at you) were exceptional, creating an energizing atmosphere and motivating us throughout the classes. The variety of classes offered, from high-intensity workouts to boxing and strength training, was outstanding. Working out alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive and encouraging environment was fantastic, and the facilities were top-notch. The attention given to individual needs, membership options, and overall experience at Fit Factory exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a positive and uplifting group fitness experience, I highly recommend giving them a try! Special shout out to Hassan and Jordan for setting up my membership - you guys are the best!

Best Gym in Toronto. Being in Fit Factory, makes be myself. Having these trainers around me and giving me encouragement really motivates me to get stronger. I had signed up for the $40 8 class trial and it was definitely worth it. Jordan who manages the gym was super understanding and not pushy when trying to get me on to the monthly memberships!The classes here are all super fun, definitely burn and highly effective. I love all the trainers and even those who are members are super inclusive to make you feel part of the environment. Highly recommend to everyone to try.

Joined about a month a ago and really enjoying my time here. Bryce has helped me get accustomed to the place by introducing me to trainers, which classes I should take for my goals and some diet ideas. Jordan, who is the manager there, was quick to answer his text when i had any questions which I appreciate. The classes were great. The trainers will push you but they keep it fun and there's no attitude. People are pretty welcoming here. Beginner or advanced you'll get a lot out of this place.
