Their custom stairs use some of the nicest wood I've ever seen. I'm happy to see the art of quality and caring is not lost. They also had custom fireplaces, wall units and mud room cubbies I will look at having them design next time.

Mark and his team are very talented and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a new or remodel an old Staircase or any other carpentry project.

If you’re looking to have someone respond to you, go somewhere else! We spoke with Alexandra via phone and email to discuss installation of a stair railing. I confirmed with her that she understood this would be a small job before coming into their showroom as I didn’t want to waste my time if the job was too small for them to take on. She assured me that she understood the scope of the work.After visiting the showroom and choosing our materials with Alexandra, she explained she would get back to us the following Monday or Tuesday. It is now two weeks past when we were supposed to be contacted, and we never received any sort of follow up. I have called, left a voicemail, and emailed, and have never received a response.Very disappointing.
