Jamie & Duane were on-time, professional, courteous, and explained all they were going to do and what to do/not following repair. When they arrived they draped the floor, at the repair site - they cleaned up. I was extremely satisfied with how this repair process was completed, and how I was treated throughout this process. I have to mention Ray - he was very thorough, I knew exactly what to expect right from the start, and Jamie & Duane delivered to a ‘T’. If another crack shows up, I know who to call! Thanks ALL!

I had hired a company (not Franks) initially to come out and repair beams, they damaged my house and tried to get more money stating there was more damage. I told the company to stop working. Franks came out to assess the damage and moved me into their schedule to fix what damage was done right away! They kept me updated and did an amazing job! Job was done in 2 days and I can’t thank them enough for fixing what someone else destroyed! I highly recommend Franks! Huge thanks to mike and Brian for everything you guys are nothing short of amazing and I can’t thank you enough for fixing my house!

We had Frank’s Basement in to do some foundation work. Javi came out to make sure the crew was set to start the job and was great about dealing with concerns that came up later in the day.

My house is in the Village of Williamsville. I have had extensive work done to my house, by a multitude of contractors. Of all of the companies I have hired (too many to mention), Frank's Basement Systems is by far the best. I hired Frank's Basement to install an egress window and new flooring in my basement. I dealt with Frank Jr. directly. Frank is the best sales person I have ever met. He listens to every word you say, he truly wants to please his customers and he is extremely knowledgeable. I also dealt with Shawn (service manager) who was very hands on at my job and made sure that everything was perfect. The crew that did the work was a great group of guys who were polite, clean and a pleasure to deal with. The end product is truly amazing. My basement looks like a million dollar home, all because of Frank's basement. I highly recommend Frank's Basement.

Ray was an awesome salesperson to go through. He was kind and honest. Ryan and his team did an incredible job in the basement. They put up 17 I-Beams and did drain tile as well efficiently and professionally. Ryan was super knowledgeable and organized. They left the basement cleaner than it’s been in years. A+++

So far I have nothing but good things to say from the estimate to the finished product. Russ was very friendly and professional with our estimate and the crew of Larry, Antonio, Aaron and Dominic did a great job throughout. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered by the guys and even through text with Russ. As much as I don't want rain I'd like to see really how well this transformation works!

Frank's Basement Systems is a very professional company. I had to have major foundation work done. I called for an appointment, received an information packet in the mail and meet with my design specialist (Donnie) who explained my options to correct the problem. The crew that did the work (Larry, Antonio and Aaron) were excellent. They were always on time and worked full days (4 of them). Every morning we would walk through the basement and I was told what work would be done that day. At the end of the day we would do another walk through to see what had been accomplished. Also, on day one they covered as much as they could of things I had in the basement and hung a cloth on the doorway going down to the basement to stop as much dust as possible. At the end of the final day they swept and vacuumed the basement to get it as clean as they could. I think it would be hard to find a better company for your basement needs.
