It is near impossible to write in polite terms what a terrible job Decade Homes did constructing the building I live in.Cabinets, fixtures, etc all installed broken or wrong.Severe damage to the garage so much that it leaks any time it rains or snows.Walls are falling apart after 2 years from basic wear and tear.Corners cut so thin you can't even see it under a microscope.Units where units shouldn't be built due to regular noise issues.Security systems install incorrectly.Water, heating and cooling installed incorrectly.I know its not Nestle using child slavery... but the owners and investors of Decade Homes have rightfully earned a golden ticket straight to hell.To end on a good note, below is a list of what Decade did/built right before running off with the money:
