I've known Neil and Ally for a good few years now (I'm located in Michigan). At the beginning of the Axletech crazy Neil was always there trying to help us customers on questions, listing detailed information on line and coming up with new solutions to our problems. Especially us that don't have access to machining tools that they are able to leverage. I've used multiple items they offer on my rig and on my customers rigs. All with no issues. When the time came to order a new big part on the market I went to them. They submitted the order correctly and asap for me. However the 3rd party messed up the order in multiple ways. ( I don't want to smear the 3rd party to hard being they made it right). Ally was on the phone the same day getting the order sorted out and fixed. I can't thank them enough and I look forward to ordered something new they come out with next.Thanks guys.
