this place used to be good. Coffee is good most of the time. but they do this really annoying thing. you ask for a medium coffee and they ask you this size

Nothing good about it, I paid top dollar for vanilla latte which tasted like cheap black coffee and the white chocolate raspberry scone was also old and dry. Pretty disappointed.

Ordered a chilli that cost $8, but supposed to come with toppings (sour cream & cheddar). Got half a cup of chili microwaved but still cold in middle and when I asked for toppings they said it didn’t come with any. Then when I pointed it out on the sign advertising the chili they then lied and said it was mixed in. Should have went to hospital cafeteria. $13 for cold chili and burnt coffee was a little too steep for me.

This coffee shop is an absolute rip-off. Small regular coffee for 3 dollars, and it tastes terrible.It's shocking how this coffee shop is inside of a hospital. You need Tim Hortons. Staff is nice though.

I worked there for a few weeks. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I'm writing this now even though it happened months ago because I met one of my friends and he mentioned how the food was extremely pricy with bad quality and that reminded me of the time I spent working there and how the management was so poor and racist towards me in a non-direct way. I got COVID during that time and the owner was absolutely not sportive. She was a downer. She kept telling me that I wasn't enough! And I have to give more! When I was a fast learner and working hard! never gave me a good comment, not even once. I would never recommend any person of colour to work there. Staff was great in general.

I would zero if I could, ordered a sandwich today a margarita style, the staff asked if I wanted it warmed up. I said yes expecting the press instead she microwaved it, and ai did not know until I was about to eat it on my break. Absolutely disgusting and at $9.50 you would think some care and thought would be used.Waste of money and lack of care from the staff.

No complaints about the drinks or staff. My main issue is with the Mac n Cheese I ordered a few mins ago. It was absolutely horrible. I used to order Good Earth Mac n Cheese at UofC often and it was delicious every time. This time it’s smelly, watery, and just tastes terrible. Usually I hate wasting food but I couldn’t take more than 3 bites. This needs to be rectified.

Absolute worst cafe you could go to! They take advantage of the fact they’re at a hospital and serve old, dried out food. I tried a scone, 2 different loaf slices, a cinnamon bun and hot chocolate. All horrible!! Way too dense and zero flavour. I’d rather eat the hospital food.
