Worst bmo branch ever!! I don't even feel like even giving one star. Representatives at kings street saint john branch are rude. They talk to you as if they do a big favor on you. They feel that the next customer is more important than you are! Each time I visit the branch I feel like closing my account.

This is a really great location for Bank uptown very accessible really easy to get at. it's not hard to find a parking space this after very helpful and really great for helping with services and fees excellent location really like doing business there. really appreciate the service that they offer their they make their customers feel really welcome inn at home. really excellent staff easy to deal with very helpful thanks for everything guys really appreciate it highly recommend this branch location thank you guys

I have never left the bank disappointed with the service I have received.It is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and easy to speak with.I personally deal with Lowell Fraser, who has been my advisor for 10 years or so now. He is always prepared for our meetings and has never steered me wrong.When I leave a meeting with him, I always feel like he has helped me get ahead. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high-quality banking services.
