I had visited this location over the lunch hour and was very happy with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was able to find a clean table with no problem. This is something that can be difficult in a fast food restaurant over the lunch hour I was very happy to see that they were keeping up with making things clean. We all know the Wendy’s food so there’s no real need to discuss this but it meant my expectations and obviously love the Dave’s devil. When he’s always has fun summer deals on drinks and treats so I was happy to see that the Froster was still $.99 ;)

They overcharged us twice in a row, first for the main meal (they billed us for an extra combo), then for the desserts (they billed us for an extra frosty). Once could have been forgiven as human error, but twice in a row begs the question: is this being done intentionally? Verify your receipts!

I never go to Wendy's but this time they were offering free coffee. I order from the drive thru and leave. I start sipping the coffee on the way and it was cold then I get more suspicious, I open the lid and surprise. White pieces of spoiled cream were floating on the surface or I think it is.

Ordered chili cheese fries and they gave me fries with just cheese on it which was very disappointing. Otherwise pretty much the same as any Wendy's you go to. Staff was a bit slow but it was busy

First of all, if there was management there it was NOT obvious. The staff were roaming almost aimlessly. With one couple in front of us (who ended up leaving before ordering) we waited over 10 minutes. No acknowledgement from staff, no be with you in a second". Silence.When someone did finally help us

Thought I would try the breakfast sandwich croissant sausage and egg. What is this white Swiss cheese sauce. It was terrible. One bit then tossed it in garbage.I waited 15 minutes going through drive through. 1 car in front of me. Not the 1st time I waited for ever going through drive through. I won't be back.

Quite honestly one of the worst Wendy's I've ever had the displeasure of going to.Wait over 10 minutes to take an order with only 1 customer ahead while everyone prioritizes drive thru. Putting someone to take orders who can't only to have to wait for someone who can whos then told to stop.Only diet drinks in the fountain for whatever reason and on top of that waiting an obscene amount of time for fast" food. Don't get me wrong

I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of us. It wasn't because someone had a large order it was because the person at the window couldn't multi-task. She would take an order wait until the that order was fully complete until taking another order . There was 5 to 10 minute wait in between orders.

I never give a 5, but did this time.This due, to just speaking to the lady taking my order at the drive through. (only a large Chilly, just before noon 4/26/2023)She was super pleasant, polite and energetic. Lessons to be learned from her.Brightened up my day.Thanks

Decent service. Food is the same as every other Wendy’s. I think they squish the burgers extra here, but I don’t mind?
