Samantha has been my go to for a few years now. When I've needed support, direction and (at times) redirection - I could trust to be guided properly with a gentle demeanor. I know I can have a session with her and walk out with more focus and a sounder mind and heart. She's helped me sort out my mess of a life into a nearly organized space lol. Counselling can be both challenging and intimidating. Simply put, being in a vulnerable situation in sharing my emotions and traumas with a stranger can be scary.Sam has provided quite the opposite experience in creating a welcoming and safe environment. She has proven to be patient, observant, and most importantly approaches each appointment with a non-judgmental perspective.Having received counselling from Sam for the past 5 years, I continue to discover my sense of self-worth and I’ve learned to set healthy boundaries with loved ones. Perhaps most importantly, Sam has provided me with practical tools to assist in my journey of personal growth.
