This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I’ve been here several times and the wait for a pike place and a sandwich is 15 minutes or more every time. The issue is clearly a lack of employees as the ones working seem to be working efficiently. The drive through is almost equally slow. This makes me very mad to see a massive franchise like Starbucks overworking their employees. I visit different Starbucks locations on a daily basis but I’ll never visit this location again. Don’t waste your time.

This Starbucks has the slowest service ever. I get prioritizing their drive thru customers, but for 2 iced teas it took them 35 minutes to make when ordering inside. The service every time I come gets slower and slower. Either mobile order or take the chance in the drive thru instead.

If there was more than 5 stars, I would give to only this Starbucks location. I usually go to this place to get some work done and sit inside for few hours. Whenever I go to this location, every employee greets you with smile on their faces with above and beyond customer service. Their coffee always taste great and the employees have such amazing manners all together. They always ask you if you want water while studying and never make you feel uncomfortable in anyway possible. It has a great location and drive through. They practice exemplary work ethics and this place is my most favourite place to be at.

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon around 4:45 pm, for a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. Barista was friendly and told me promptly when taking my order that they didn’t have sugar-free vanilla syrup. She offered some alternatives like Splenda or stevia which I was willing to try, and also suggested the amount of Splenda to add into the Venti size, which I found to be very helpful. Overall, it was great see the staff’s thought of customer-friendly alternatives and the coffee that I ordered ended up tasting perfect. I appreciate the staff’s ability to think on their feet to help remedy the situation and ensure their customer was satisfied with the result. Great work to the staff working today, and I would highly recommend this location.

Have been waiting for a location opened closed on this side (north) of Lougheed highway for a while. Glad to see it’s finally here!Staffs seemed newer (as I overheard a young man asking the “senior” how to make a certain drink) but everyone was very friendly and glad to chat with you.Thumbs up for this new location!

I've got to give a shout out to the amazing staff that are working on this hot and super busy day! There was over a 30 minute wait for drinks but all the staff working was super friendly and made an effort to chat to the customers despite what I would imagine being internally freaking out due to the pressure (or maybe that's just me, idk!) But kudos! :)

Consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Honestly unbelievable. I stopped coming here 3 months ago due to the slow service, and offers often wrong. I came back for the first time today hoping to see it fixed, but it is even slower today

Always great customer service . Lots of room to sit inside and outside on the patio . There is a drive though for people like me who doesn’t want to get out of the car because they drove in their bathrobe to get coffee.But I didn’t give 5 star because the parking lot is so tight and line up sometimes takes over 15 -20 min . You have better chances to get you drunk faster inside . I am posting pic of hour of operation please take a look before you check it out .
