Worst job I've ever seen done by a hvac tech my girlfriend got this job done in her condo before i moved in (I'm a hvac tech). Never seen something so poorly done and sloppy we gave them 1 star cause 0 was not an option.

J'ai appelé trois compagnies qui ne m'ont pas relancée ou m'ont littéralement envoyée promener (SS Conversions est un des pires). Lorsque j'ai appelé BCO, ils ont pris mon appel immédiatement et m'ont gentiment expliqué pourquoi il est difficile d'avoir du service car la logistique est très compliquée pour le résidentiel.Ils ont pris ma demande et m'ont promis de me rappeler et ont tenu promesse car quelques jours plus tard j'ai finalement pu avoir un entretien de mon climatiseur mural. Le service a été fait proprement, rapidement, par un technicien très sympathique. Je recommande vivement !

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This company is terrible. Reception is a rude and disrespectful lady. I installed a wall unit and it had a minor freon leak in the line. Didn't notice until a year later and when I called them, they wouldn't fix the problem but only pump more freon. Every year they would come pump freon free of charge until the warranty was finished. After the warranty was finished, they started to charge me for the freon when they should have fixed the problem from the very beginning! This company is unprofessional and do shotty jobs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

Terrible service. Dont use this company. I bought their AC and it has issue of auto shutdown and auto start! Called the company and they sent a technician Paid another more than1000$ for repair and it included 2 years warranty. The problem is still there after a year. But they refused to honor the warranty!! Very disappointed!

Great air conditioners, but don't buy from this company. It's impossible to get them back to do repairs. I have given up after waiting a week in the heat, and called another company to make repairs. I make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
