My work car broke down needed a ride to the shop because Caa doesn’t let you in the tow truck with them, taxis were unavailable for some can’t believe Airport Black Car Service picked up the phone first ring and sent me a car and even upgraded me to a suv, never will I go through the headache of dealing with cabbies

I booked this service in May for a family wedding in August. Called to confirm 2 weeks before the wedding and was told that we were confirmed. The “owner” of the company called me 5 days before the wedding to say that they wouldn’t be picking us up. He was incredibly rude and left us in a huge lurch. Terrible service terrible company beware!

This passed June I came back from my vacation and had booked another ride service company which turned out to be unreliable with a last minute cancellation. However luckily thanks to Airport Black car service my worries were taken away, I was not looking forward to having no way home with 4 heavy bags, I rode with comfort and stress free home, very accommodating and smooth ride, 10/10 I would book again in advance for my travelling needs!
