Lost a customerIf I hadn't used maps to look up the store I would have missed it, no signage. Once I got there there was no one around to help me. The two people working in the convenience store even came out, made eye contact with me while I was browsing and still no help, no acknowledgment from them, nor did they find any one to help me. Even after going in to ask for help I was simply gestured outside and left on my own.Prices missing from plants and pots (but since I couldn't buy anything I guess that doesn't matter).I even sent an email to the shop after my experience and I haven't heard back from them.Waste of my time

Wow! The succulents are beautiful and every single one of them is in perfect condition! It's a perfect gift for loved ones. I also joined a workshop making my own terrarium. The owner is very knowledgeable and patient to answer all of my concerns and questions I have about succulents.

i was disappointed when I found mealy bugs and more disappointed when I msg them through Instagram they’ve read but did not respond. I Was so happy when I bought 2 pots of succulent from the garden the. I went back and buy again another few pots. But when I checked at home found all of them got mealy bugs at the crown and roots, have to washed and sprayed all over, hopefully they’ll survive otherwise I’ll just waste my money and time to buying it.

I attempted to purchase the 30 assorted succulent buds online and ran into some complications. I emailed the company and Vivian responded as soon as she could. She was able to accommodate my situation and managed to get my order together at our set date.Visiting the store made me want to take home every plant in sight. My self control was weakened walking into the nursery. Don’t get me started on the pots.Overall, Customer service and the products is 11/10.Can’t wait to give these out as tokens on Mother’s Day!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this small garden. she is super friendly, super nice. all Succulent are super super and I mean super cute. I wanted to buy few Succulent before they even open. I emailed her and she responded very fast. She gave me an appointment and she was super flexible with my crazy schedule. She explained how to care for the Succulent. To be honest she was one of the greatest people to deal with. can't wait to go back there again.

Owner operates business out of her backyard. Great selection of succulents in varying sizes. Prices are competitive with other nurseries and garden centers in the GTA. The plants available for sale were also generally healthier and looked better than those in larger garden centers and there were many types that aren't carried elsewhere. Overall had a great experience and bought some beautiful plants!

Thanks a lot for the succulents... Have been a constant follower on Instagram and from there i got to know about frequent stalls at different locations like the one at North American Centre at Finch station... Would love to visit store in summer

Bought two packages of succulent plants plus individual picks from them today. I don't know what is included in the package beforehand and it turned out the package combination is awesome. They have chosen exactly what l preferred in my message to them. No regret at all. Would definitely keep an eye on their website because I am still looking for rare succulent for my collection.

I would give them a 10 stars review if I could. Nvi Garden is a perfect place for succulents lovers. They have beautiful, healthy and rare succulents. The owner, Vivian and her husband are so friendly and informative about their stuff. A lovely environment to visit every time. I have visited them 5 times and I am gong to be back for more. Highly recommended.
