Horrible customer service and cheap products sold at an insane mark up. If I could give zero stars I would!

We bought 2 sets of home theatre seats and projector screen. We live out of town and not able to make it for pick up during their store hour. They worked around our schedule so that we can pick it up after their store hour.

We had a bad experience with Prime Mounts. They sold us a pallet jack on eBay, advertised as including free shipping across Canada (just like they say on their website). We paid for it, only to have them cancel the order and tell us that none of the shippers they deal with shipped to our location (which is not remote). I then suggested that they ship to the closest depot of one of their shippers, where I would pick it up. They refused to do this. So, they don't do what they advertise (ship anywhere in Canada for no additional charge) and they won't even ship to the depot of the shipper they say they use (National Fast Freight). Being apologetic is not good enough. Offering to send me some completely different product from the one I bought and paid for is not good enough. Issuing a refund is not good enough. If you advertise it, you need to follow through on it.

Their return policy is a rip off, they charge restocking fee of 20%, a good way to make money on non sense

I Bought some TV brackets from them to do Home theater for one of my friend. It worked perfect and as we went to have brackets we saw they have amazing home theater recliners, I bought one for my basement. They have good products at very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly.
