Kevin and his team are amazing. I bought this used car from them and I was throughly satisfied with thier customer service and attention to detail. Bought a vehicle from used car centre this past weekend and I can not say enough good things about my experience there. Kevin was absolutely wonderful in helping me find what I needed. In the past when looking for cars I almost always found people did not listen to what I wanted and always tried to upsell me or take advantage. This was the complete opposite just over all a great experience even into the finance, part with Shaun who was also wonderful . Everyone there was so kind. If you are in the market for a used vehicle go here you will be treated very well.

The salesmen were nice but they sold me a lemon. The check engine light came on 3 weeks after purchase. It was $6,000.00 in repairs due to incorrect maintenance on the vehicle (which was done while the vehicle was in their possession). They wouldn’t cover the invoice (despite their 30 day guarantee!!!) and I had to sue them to get a portion of my money back. Do not buy from this lot unless you are SURE it is a good vehicle. I recommend going elsewhere.

I was told at the time of purchase they (Kevin Crawford) would replace the broken hydraulics for my back window. I called, messaged and even went down there multiple times and got the runaround every time. Just bought my own for $60. Cost you guys a star. Should follow through on your word or just be honest and tell me to fix it myself.

Absolutely I've got no complains! As a new comer here in Canada (Victoria specifically), the guys (Sean, Jim, Kevin, Tony) helped us out in every way possible they could with our first car. Very easy to deal with without any pressure. Very awesome team! When we got into car trouble, they deliver as they promised and even exceeded our expectation. I’ve bought two different vehicles in the last 6 years, and today we just got a new truck for my hubby. I cannot sing the praises of this dealer enough. We dealt with Dave over two days, and he was absolutely amazing! If you need a new vehicle, the team here are the ones to see!

Kevin Crawford is the best in the business when it comes to finding the right vehicle. We will be buying all of our fleet vans/trucks through Kevin. Great communication from all of the staff, these guys are dialled in.

Close to two weeks ago I walked into this dealership looking to buy my first new truck. Within minutes of being at the dealership, I knew this was the one to purchase from. I was greeted by a gentleman named Adrian. I have visited numerous dealership and NEVER have I met a salesperson so honest, polite and gentleman like. No pressure, no hassles. At the end of the day all this dealership cares about is that the customer is happy. Although the truck needed a bit of work, they were VERY quick to fix and cover anything that needed replacing. The customer service here truly is remarkable. There was a problem with the registration on my truck, which delayed the pickup by one day. They called me immediately apologizing and offered to cover my first payment! What amazing service! A big shout out goes out to Adrian and Shaun. Thank you both for making this a truly amazing experience. I will be recommending numerous people to you !
