Secure enough, but… if you have a vehicle that you will be accessing/using frequently. Be prepared to spend a fortune at the car wash. Small bits of sap from the surrounding trees cover the vehicles here all spring and summer long. They are a pain to wash off and they never seem to stop.Also, I cancelled my storage via email notification, but typed the wrong month in my email. I called and corrected the typo via phone the next day and received a confirmation that my spot was cancelled at the end of the month (this was on the 22nd). I moved my vehicle out by the 25th, but I was charged $175 after I moved it out for the following month.I was told they got confused because of my original email, and they weren’t sure when I was leaving so they just charged me anyways.Refunding the payment would take 2 seconds, but they refused to do so. Bad business practices. $175 gouge really grinds my gears.

Good secure lot to park your toys.

Stored our trailer here almost 3 years now. Always feel it's safe and sound . Lots of cameras and gate has never not operated.
