I was involved in an accident where someone hit me from behind. I called Keegan at Bristol to see what vehicles he had available and he gave me any option I wanted. He made the rental experience very easy for me, even picked me up from the collision center where I dropped my damaged vehicle. His customer service was above and beyond and you can see that he truly cares about the customer. I had said that I wanted a small car but when I saw the pick up truck on the lot I knew that was the one for me. Keegan had no issues and made sure I was happy with my rental. They take pictures before and after the rental all around the car to ensure safety for both parties so there can be no blame of damages.
