Our existing fiberglass tub/shower developed a crack in the floor, and a neighbour had recommended Bedard Plumbing Services to us, based on her positive experiences.Sylvain was able to visit us first thing the next day, and source and schedule the installation of a replacement tub at his earliest opportunity. His crew was punctual and professional and took time to provide us with information and options as they worked. Bedard Plumbing Services were also able to coordinate with a framing contractor to reframe the tub opening and, when our floor proved to be far from level, to re-level it.The project was completed in two days, and Sylain worked to ensure that it was as minimally disruptive to our family as possible. Bedard Plumbing is great with a strong focus on customer service.My wife and I bought a new house last year in which Bedard did the plumbing work. We had an issue with the original sump pump that stopped working and Bedard was very responsive in sending a team over to replace the pump. After some discussion with them, we decided to install a back-up sump pump (we live in Overbrook which has a high water table). They installed it promptly and professionally.We had some subsequent issues with the primary pump due to a manufacturing defect and they once again dealt with it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

They came recommended by a friend.I had them here a number of times for different issues.I had outdoor taps installed, pipes moved for a renovation project, a leaking pipe repaired in the basement, a tub installed, and installation of a utility sink.They were professional, and cleaned up after their work every time.The men who came were pleasant, and hardworking.Their prices were very reasonable, and the work they did was excellent.

I was really impressed. I called for a leak in the basement and the tech (Chris?) told me he was 99.9% certain it wasn't due to plumbing. He said he could cut a hole in the drywall to confirm but suggested I save my money. He stuck around and investigated and found the actual cause of the problem and offered suggestions on how to fix it. He could have easily, cut a hole said it wasn't plumbing and moved on, but he took the time to help solve my problem.

I've used BEDARD PLUMBING on two occasions. They once installed a pressure toilet in our basement and later I needed them to replaced my septic pump. On both occasions the service was quick and the price was very reasonable. As a retired senior, I would recommend them to anyone.
