Travis and Owen were very helpful and delivered great service. They fixed a leak in our basement today. They had to dig up a pipe in the front yard in some pretty cold weather today.They were clean and quick and solved the issue in a couple of hours. Very well done.Thanks for the service.

If you could give less than one star this company would 100% deserve it. Absolutely the worst service. The only outfit in the world that charges for quotes and doesn't disclose it. Not only that but they try to take advantage of you by overquoting jobs. Do your due diligence otherwise you will be another victim. If you do business with this company good luck.

Had a whole home water filter installed, to remove chlorine smell and taste. The installer was nice and efficient, and explained the system, and any follow up services to help maintain it. respectful and clean installation. Thank you very much, we would highly recommend EDS Pumps !

I consulted with EDS for a water softening system. Steven was very helpful and was able to provide very professional recommendations. I felt the pricing was quite reasonable as well. The service technician was punctual, polite, and did an excellent job laying out and installing the equipment. I was very impressed and am happy to say the service exceeded my expectations. In the short time, my family and I have been dealing with the folks at EDS, we have been very impressed with their welcoming attitude and their willingness to listen to our problem and offer a solution when asked. They explained what could be done to improve the efficiency of our old equipment and incorporate it into working with all their new devices. Their service technician really knew his stuff, Regarding the installation of the new equipment and the proper use and maintenance of what we already had on-site. He even took our calls to answer questions and offer suggestions days after he was through here. Bryan and Owen did a great job for us in diagnosing our pump problems and installing new pump, motor and controls.
