I LOVE this special Jeweller! I brought my repairs in and also some gold to sell. Thank you Karen, you are extremely knowledgeable and explained all the repairs. I also had a few rings to be resized and you allowed me the time to decide which size. The shop has unique, well priced estate jewelry and a beautiful selection of new. Great staff and what an amazing experience and will point out that Adam who I dealt with via a multitude of text messages as I’m based in the Ottawa Region was extremely helpful and a joy to converse with. My wife and I drove from Ottawa to Grimsby ( made a weekend gateway of it lol ) and my in person experience with Adam and Chris was as expected which is perfect and a blast!. I’m now the proud owner of a beautiful 2023 Rolex Air-King and my Zenith Daytona as a new Home.

She was able to work with us to create a custom engagement and wedding ring using stones from heirloom jewellery passed down from my mother and grandmother. Happy with my purchases today, but not with the service. Salesperson couldn’t have cared less, neglected to say thank you, and moved on to someone else before handing me my purchases. I like to shop locally, but won’t be coming back to Harmony Jewellers. The environment was far from friendly.
