I had problems getting my Samsung Note to charge at all. KD, the owner, did everything he could to get it fixed, including going out of his way to meet me as he was heading home, to return it to me. A month or so later, I wrecked the connector again when I stepped out of the car while the phone was still hooked up to the charging port inside the car. I took it back to KD immediately. He loaned me a phone, then fixed mine again. Rarely does any company give such great personal service. I can't say enough good things about KD and the friendly, reliable and well priced service he provides. Thank you for seeing to it that I didn't have to buy another phone just yet.
